Seat selection

A booking option that lets guests choose an available table, beach bed, cabana, seat or area from a visual plan.

Why it matters

How seat selection affects a service

Seat selection gives guests more control while letting the venue decide exactly which inventory is visible and selectable. Selection can be free or connected to rules such as capacity, availability and minimum spend.

Example

In practice

After choosing four guests and 13:00, a diner sees the available terrace tables and selects T12 before completing the reservation.
