Plans, setup, integrations and data
01UpSalt facture-t-il la commission sur les réservations?
No. Reservations remain direct and UpSalt does not take a percentage of each booking. The public pricing model is a venue subscription; provider or messaging costs, where applicable, are confirmed for your setup.
02UpSalt va-t-il travailler avec mon site web actuel ?
Yes. Add the booking journey as an embed, button or direct branded link. During setup, test it on mobile and desktop, verify policy links and confirm that analytics or consent tools on your website still behave correctly.
03Ce qui est inclus dans la configuration?
Guided setup covers venue structure, floor plan or inventory, branding, service schedules, availability rules and the guest booking journey. Your team tests realistic bookings, changes, cancellations, payments and edge cases before launch.
Restaurants
Tables, covers, deposits and service
01Can restaurant guests choose a table?
Yes. A restaurant can publish a visual floor plan and decide which tables are selectable, which are assigned by staff and which rules apply by service, party size or zone.
02Puis-je percevoir un acompte ou un minimum de dépenses?
Yes. Payment rules can vary by date, service, table, zone or party size. Guests see the amount, applicable cancellation terms and how the payment is treated before confirming.
03How does UpSalt help reduce no-shows?
Venues can combine clear policies, automated confirmations and reminders, deposits, prepayments or selective guarantees. The right level of friction can be applied only where the commercial risk justifies it.
Plages privées
Beds, cabanas, zones and minimum spend
01Can guests reserve a specific beach bed or cabana?
Yes. The venue maps its beds, cabanas and zones, then chooses what guests may select in real time. Staff-only or walk-in inventory can remain hidden.
02Can pricing change by zone, day or season?
Availability and commercial rules can be configured around inventory, date, service period and demand. Exact pricing logic is scoped around the beach’s operating model during setup.
03Can guests add extras before arriving?
Yes. Venues can offer relevant extras such as towels, bottles, food packages, celebration setups or premium services around the reservation journey.
Clubs
Tables, packages and guest lists
01Can clubs manage tables, zones and packages together?
Yes. Clubs can connect visual inventory with booking rules, minimum spend, deposits and optional packages while keeping operational control over final allocation.
02Can the team recognise returning guests?
Authorised staff can use guest history, preferences and notes to prepare service and understand repeat demand, subject to the venue’s privacy and access rules.
Bars et pubs
Groups, busy periods and waitlists
01Can bars take group bookings without exposing every table?
Yes. A bar can publish only suitable inventory or use a request-and-confirm flow for larger groups, while staff keep control of the remaining room.
02Can a waitlist refill cancelled availability?
Yes. The waitlist captures unmet demand so the team can offer released availability to a suitable party instead of leaving capacity empty.
Événements & festivals
Capacity, access, payments and add-ons
01Can UpSalt manage reservations for a one-off event?
Yes. Event organisers can define bookable sessions, areas, inventory and rules for a specific date or programme, then connect the journey to confirmations and payment requirements.
02Can organisers pre-sell packages or experiences?
Yes. Fixed packages, add-ons and prepaid experiences can be offered during booking when the commercial and fulfilment rules are clearly defined.
03Can different team members have different access?
UpSalt is designed to separate operational, financial and multi-venue responsibilities. The required permission depth is confirmed against the selected plan and event workflow.
